If you are a vendor, you cannot request listing of a product without creating an account with us. 2. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal identifiable information from customers which are necessary for business purposes. Usually, we collect information like contract details including mobile numbers and email IDs and delivery address. All the information is collected when you create your account on Abhya Herbs platform.
In case you are a vendor, we collect information only vital for the transactions entered between you and Abhya Herbs. The transactions shall be in accordance with the Vendor’s Contract. (may insert a hyperlink to the contract)
In case, you are using our services from a mobile device, that device will send us the data about your location. Most devices allow the customer to prevent location data from being shared with us and we honor those settings.
3. YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you want to make payment in advance, using the payment gateway, we would collect some additional information in order to complete the transaction. The said additional information would include billing address, transaction ID etc. It is clarified that we do not store any sensitive personal information related to credit card/debit card, CVV number, expiry date or 3D secure password, online banking password or any other password. All the card/online bank related details are stored with the payment gateway.
While availing any of the payment method(s) with the payment gateway, we will do not assumer liability, monetary or consequential, if any loss caused to you die to payment issues arising out of the transactions or of usage of data provided to gateway partner. 4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING YOUR DATA
If you are our customer, we assure you that we collect your data only to fulfill business promises and to deliver the product to you. The name and delivery address shall be shared with our delivery partners and their executives to enable them to deliver your product at your doorstep. Additionally, we inform you about the upcoming schemes at Abhya Herbs by way of WhatsApp and SMS on your registered phone number.
If you are our vendor, we assure you that we collect your data only to fulfill our promises to our customers, as explained in the Vendor contract.
5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not share any of your information with any third party barring necessary information to be shared with the delivery partner only. For our customers, it is clarified that even the vendor does not receive any of your personal information from us. The vendor only gets to know about the order placed by you and to be picked up by the delivery partner.
For our vendors, no information that you share with us is shared with any third party whatsoever. It is clarified that the information you share is strictly confidential and is only used for business purposes between Abhya Herbs and you.
6. STORING YOUR DATA
We retain your personal information for a minimum of period as required for the purpose for which the data is being collected and further for the mandated time period as per applicable law for time being in force.
7. THE CHAT OPTION
If you choose to post messages through our chat option, and you post images, photos, we retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, internal research and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
It is clarified that the chat options should not be used as a social media platform rather be strictly used to inquire about the product. If you as a customer receive inappropriate messages, please reach out to our grievance officer whose contact has been provided in terms of use. Abhya Herbs undertakes to take strict action the vendor.
If you are a Vendor receiving inappropriate messages, please reach out to our grievance officer so that the customer’s account may be blocked.
8. THE REVIEW OPTION
The customer is free to leave feedback/product review of any product listed on the Abhya Herbs platform and we will collect that information you provide to us. Please note such messages posted by you will be in public domain and can be read by others as well, please exercise caution while posting such messages, personal details, photos and reviews.
9. COOKIES
We use Cookies on certain pages of the website to recognize your browser or device, learn more about interest. The cookies are used to help our website flow and promote trust and safety.
